Hello -

A few weeks ago, we were not sure if there would ever be a State of the Union address, but the Republicans eventually allowed Rep. Kevin McCarthy to become the Speaker for the 118th Congress, after only 15 votes.

Here at One Country Project thought we’d have a little fun watching the SOTU with our rural bingo game, hopefully you’ll join us.

President Biden doesn’t get the credit he deserves for his first two years in office. Under his leadership, Congress passed the American Rescue Plan, prescription drug reform, and the bipartisan infrastructure law that is bringing millions to invest in roads, bridges, transit, ports and airports all across rural America; create jobs; and make broadband affordable for hundreds of thousands of households across the country.

Now, there is much more that needs to be done and we will be listening to make sure President Biden addresses the needs of rural Americans.
