A series of polls this week say most Americans, including a sizable number of Democrats, don't want President Biden to run for re-election.    That should not be a surprise as Mr. Biden is not really running this country, and voters see that.  His advisers tell him what needs to be done, and Jill Biden sees that her husband complies.
