About the job

***This is a project position expected to last approximately 18 months.***

In this project role, your primary objective is to alleviate the backlog of courses that are ready for development and scheduling. You will regularly schedule, coordinate, manage, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing learning solutions to ensure they meet the customer needs. This work involves contract management, customer and vendor relationship management and oversight of an assigned portfolio of professional development training and development resources. Additionally, you will routinely review course evaluations, participate in instructor audits, and provide feedback to instructors concerning needed curriculum updates and/or class delivery enhancements.
