John, the news coming out of Türkiye and Syria this morning is harrowing. More than 2,000 are confirmed dead, and the death tool is climbing. Many more are trapped or injured. And more still are displaced in the rain, snow and freezing temperatures, unsure of how to find shelter and basic necessities.
While there are still many unknowns about the full scope of this disaster, we know that the road to recovery will be long, and families in Türkiye and Syria need all of the support you can spare.
