NC is stepping up for election integrity

WOW- since I became the first Congressional candidate in the country to call for an Election Integrity Constitutional Amendment, all the news has been breaking out of NC!
This is Sandy Smith from NC's First District- and I am turning North Carolina into an election integrity leader! Will you help me? ([link removed])
First, from the NC Supreme Court- two BIG election cases are being reconsidered!

Oh but wait. It's not just the Dem judicial gerrymander they are going to undo!
It's also the NC Supremes' invalidating a constitutional amendment approved by the voters- the one mandating Voter ID!
That's right. NC will be getting a fairly drawn new Congressional map- meaning I will finally run in a fair district in 2024!
But that's not all.
If the Supreme Court reverses their predecessors' decision, then this will be the first election in NC where voter ID is required to vote!
This is a HUGE development here. The voters have finally destroyed the judicial dictatorship and now some serious injustices will be reversed.
We also found out that the voting machines we are stuck with here, from ES&S, have been found to double count votes in NJ!

Well, New Jersey’s attorney general ( a Dem) has announced a probe into reports that some ES&S voting machines double-counted some votes in the state’s 2022 elections:
New Jersey Attorney General Matt Platkin announced an investigation today into failures of Monmouth County’s voting machine vendor, Elections Systems & Software (ES&S), that led to the double counting of votes in the November 2022 general election, the New Jersey Globe has confirmed.
ES&S, the largest U.S. manufacturer of voting machines, admitted last week that a fail-safe system failed after a “human procedural error” during a July software installation missed a step set up to prevent flash drives that transfers election results from voting machines to tabulation systems from being loaded more than once.
Platkin’s decision to initiate a probe of ES&S signals that the attorney general’s office is not prepared to simply accept the company’s narrative without conducting a complete examination.
The results of at least once contest, a race for a school board seat in Ocean County, is now in question. An informal tally that has not been released publicly shows Steve Clayton, who was certified as the winner of the November election and was sworn in earlier this month, now trails incumbent Jeff Weinstein by one vote.
And there it is. This is why we simply cannot trust the machines to conduct a fair and accurate vote.
THIS is why we need my Constitutional Amendment!
"No members of Congress shall be seated, nor any Electoral College electors be counted, from any state that does not have:
a. photograph identification requirement to vote;
b. elections in person, and on the first Tuesday in November, excepting absentee provisions for the invalid, military, or overseas voters;
c. paper ballots, counted by hand;
d. vote count open to observation by the public, and by representatives of the candidates on the ballot.
