It’s a new year, but the ultra-conservative Supreme Court is up to its same unethical tricks.
We've now learned that the investigation into the leak of the Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization did not include any real investigation into the Supreme Court justices themselves. Then, at the Sundance Film Festival, director Doug Liman announced a documentary about Brett Kavanaugh, and even more tips about his sexual misconduct poured in.
The Senate Judiciary Committee needs to heed the calls to step in and investigate the Supreme Court.
A serial sexual abuser was handed a lifetime appointment on the Court and has managed to evade accountability every step of the way, and now, he and his far-right extremist colleagues are evading accountability for a leak for which all other Court personnel are hiring lawyers, being interrogated, and giving sworn affidavits. This ends now.
