Congressman David Scott Speaks at USDA Regional Nutrition Summit

This month, I was proud to join the USDA Food and Nutrition Service at the first regional nutrition summit at The Carter Center to discuss nutrition security and ways Congress support can promote food access and healthy eating for all in the upcoming farm bill.

Honoring Martin Luther King, Jr. at The MLK Day Parade In Clayton County

This MLK Day, my staff joined Thirteenth District constituents in Clayton County for the annual MLK Day parade. What a wonderful way to celebrate Dr. King's legacy! May his memory continue to inspire service to others as we strive to ensure a better future for all.

Announcing CBCF Student Scholarship Opportunities

Congressman David Scott Announces Winners of the 2022 Congressional App Challenge in Georgia’s Thirteenth District

Congratulations to our finalists in the inaugural Congressional App Challenge for Georgia’s Thirteenth District. This competition was an excellent opportunity for students to engage with their peers and showcase their talents in coding and computer programming. The skill sets demonstrated by all of our dedicated participants will be sought after in the workforce, and I am glad to see so many of our exceptional students right here in Georgia’s 13th Congressional District utilizing their STEM education.
