Format
As a reminder, the Summit weekend will be organized as follows (all times Eastern). A full agenda will follow a week prior to the Summit:
* Friday, March 3
+ 6pm to 9pm: Welcome reception, early registration, and special guest remarks (casual)
* Saturday, March 4
+ 9am to 4pm: The first full day of Summit programming in the Grand Ballroom at the Conrad DC. The program will begin around 9am and event registration will begin at 8am in the foyer outside of the Grand Ballroom.
+ 7pm to 9pm: Evening reception (casual).
* Sunday, March 5
+ 9am to 4pm: The second full day of Summit programming in the Grand Ballroom at the Conrad DC.
+ 4:30pm to 6pm: Post-Summit sendoff reception (casual).

Arthur C. Brooks is the William Henry Bloomberg Professor of the Practice of Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School, and Professor of Management Practice at the Harvard Business School, where he teaches courses on leadership, happiness, and social entrepreneurship. He is also a columnist at The Atlantic, where he writes the popular weekly “How to Build a Life” column.
Brooks is the author of 12 books, including the 2022 #1 New York Times bestseller From Strength to Strength: Finding Success, Happiness, and Deep Purpose in the Second Half of Life. He speaks to audiences all around the world about human happiness, and works to raise well-being within private companies, universities, public agencies, and community organizations. We are excited to hear his recorded remarks.

Mona Charen is a syndicated columnist, the policy editor of The xxxxxx, and the host of the podcast Beg to Differ.
In 1984, Ms. Charen joined the White House staff, serving first as Nancy Reagan's speechwriter and alter as Associate Director of the Office of Public Liaison. In the latter post, she lectured widely on the Administration's Central America policy. Later in her White House career, she worked in the Public Affairs office helping to craft the President's communications strategy.

Barbara Comstock was elected to Congress in 2014, and served two terms representing Virginia's Tenth Congressional District, making her the first woman elected to that seat. She was named as one of the "Top Ten Most Effective Lawmakers" in the 115th Congress by the Center for Effective Lawmaking, a joint effort of the University of Virginia and Vanderbilt University.
During her time in Congress, Barbara was a leader on technology and cybersecurity issues, chairing the Science, Space, and Technology Committee's Research and Technology subcommittee, as well as serving on the Joint Economic Committee, the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, and the House Administration Committee. Barbara also serves as an ABC News political contributor and appears regularly on CNN, PBS, and MSNBC. She serves on the boards of Vivint Home Security, Trustar Bank, UVA's Miller Center for the Study of the Presidency, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. She is a mother of three and grandmother of seven and lives in McLean, Virginia, with her husband, Chip, a lifelong high school educator and administrator.

Geoff Duncan, a former professional baseball player and successful entrepreneur, was elected Georgia's Lieutenant Governor in November of 2018 and recently completed his service in office.
Geoff's faith inspired him to a life of leadership and prompted his upstart run for political office. He was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2012. His recent book, GOP 2.0, provides a hopeful new vision for the Republican Party that urges conservatives to undertake a course-correction from the past years and adopt a more positive, principled direction for the country. Geoff is now a political contributor for CNN.

Michael Fanone served as a Metropolitan Police Department Officer assigned to the First District for twenty years. Working briefly as a patrol officer and then spending the majority of his career as a vice investigator in various small mission units, Fanone participated in over 2,000 arrests for violent crimes and narcotics trafficking, served as a special task force officer for the FBI, ATF, and DEA, and earned more than three dozen commendations for his work. Fanone currently serves as an analyst for CNN, a security consultant, and a firearms instructor. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia.

Adrian Fontes is a proud Arizona native, an honorable veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and the father of three daughters, who has spent a lifetime fighting for justice and defending our Democracy. Adrian served on active duty from 1992 to 1996, and was nominated for a meritorious commission. His service to our country taught him the importance of dedication, discipline, and sacrifice to forcefully fight for the American dream.
After graduating from law school, Adrian spent his career advocating for justice and fighting for those who are disadvantaged — first as a prosecutor with the Denver District Attorney and then at the Maricopa County Attorney’s office. He later led the International Prosecution Unit at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. He practiced law for 15 years before running for office in 2016 when he was elected Maricopa County Recorder.
In 2022, Fontes led a cross-partisan campaign against his election-denying opponent, Mark Finchem, and won. He's now Arizona's Secretary of State and oversees the state's elections.

Alyssa Farah Griffin was the Deputy Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Media Affairs and the Press Secretary for the Department of Defense. In her role she served as the deputy advisor on all matters related to media affairs and the primary intermediary to the Pentagon Press Corps.
Prior to joining the Department of Defense, Alyssa spent the last decade in Washington, D.C. working in strategic communications and media relations. Most recently she served as Press Secretary to Vice President Mike Pence. During her two year tenure at the White House, Alyssa accompanied the Vice President on dozens of international trips, serving as part of the official U.S. Delegation to the ASEAN Summit in Singapore, Munich Security Conference, the APEC CEO Summit in Papua New Guinea, and the Ministerial to Promote a Future of Peace and Security in the Middle East in Warsaw, Poland. She served as a senior advisor on all matters related to press, communications, and the media on domestic and international affairs for the Vice President. Alyssa is now a permanent co-host of The View.

Sarah Isgur is currently a staff writer at The Dispatch, hosts the legal podcast Advisory Opinions and frequently appears as a legal analyst on cable news. Prior to joining The Dispatch, Sarah served in the Justice Department as the Director of the Office of Public Affairs and as Senior Counsel to the Deputy Attorney General. Prior to her time at Justice Department, Sarah served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for Carly Fiorina’s presidential campaign and appeared on Fox, CNN, and MSNBC as the most visible surrogate for the campaign.
Sarah is a graduate of Northwestern University and Harvard Law School, where she was the President of the Harvard Federalist Society and served on the staff of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Following law school, Sarah clerked for Judge Edith H. Jones of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Hon. Adam Kinzinger served his sixth term in the United States House of Representatives and proudly represented Illinois’ Sixteenth Congressional District, which stretches across 14 counties in Northern Illinois. He was also one of two Republicans to serve on the esteemed House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol.
Kinzinger also served as a member of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and the House Foreign Affairs Committee. While in Congress, his top priorities include strengthening U.S. energy policy and making our nation less reliant on foreign resources as well as bolstering the strength of our national security – both at home and abroad.

Jonathan V. Last is an American journalist and author. He is the editor of The xxxxxx, and previously worked as a senior writer and digital editor at The Weekly Standard. He is the author of What to Expect when No One's Expecting (2013) and is a co-host of the extremely popular Secret Podcast and the Triad newsletter.
Last writes frequently for The Wall Street Journal and has also written for the Los Angeles Times, The New York Post, The Washington Post, and other publications. He has appeared on several radio and television outlets. He formerly wrote weekly columns for The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Daily.

Sarah Longwell is the President and CEO of Longwell Partners, a full-service communications firm in Washington, D.C. Sarah is a Co-Founder of the organization Defending Democracy Together and spokeswoman for its project Republicans for the Rule of Law.
She is also the Publisher of The xxxxxx and Chief Strategist for Republic Affairs, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening our country’s core values and institutions. A long-time Republican strategist and former national board chair of the Log Cabin Republicans, Sarah launched Longwell Partners to engage in issues beyond partisan politics and focus on solving some of the country’s most intractable problems through cross-partisan coalitions. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her family and is a graduate of Kenyon College.

Hon. J. Michael Luttig served on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit from 1991 to 2006. Prior to his time on the bench, Luttig was assistant counsel to the president under Ronald Reagan and clerked for then-judge Antonin Scalia and for Supreme Court Justice Warren Burger. He also served as assistant attorney general in charge of the Office of Legal Counsel in the Department of Justice under George H.W. Bush. After leaving government service in 2006, he entered the private sector, where he has worked for both Boeing and Coca-Cola.
Most recently, Luttig testified before the House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol to dispel the baseless legal theories espoused by John Eastman and others. Most recently, Luttig delivered oral argument before the Supreme Court in Moore v. Harper to again defeat the so-called "independent state legislature" legal theory that many had proposed to ignore the outcomes of our elections.

Bill Palatucci a recognized legal industry leader who bridges the void between business and politics.
Over the course of his career, Bill has served in various general counsel roles and supported numerous elected officials and the Republican Party. He was elected as New Jersey's Republican National Committeeman, a position he has held since 2010. In 2016, Bill served as general counsel to Governor Chris Christie's presidential campaign. Bill has been involved in many federal and state elections, with roles in a number of Republican presidential campaigns, along with New Jersey Governors Tom Kean, Christine Todd Whitman, and Chris Christie.
Bill and his wife, Laura, have been married for over 40 years and together have raised three adult daughters.

Stephen Richer is the 30th Recorder of Maricopa County. He was elected in November 2020 and took office January 2021. Prior to his election as Recorder, Stephen worked as a lawyer and business person.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Tulane University, a master's degree from the University of Chicago, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Stephen and his wife live in South Phoenix.

Charlie Sykes is a founder and editor-at-large of The xxxxxx, host of The xxxxxx Podcast, and an NBC/MSNBC contributor.
He serves as the president of Defending Democracy Together Institute and sits on the advisory board of the Democracy Fund.
For 23 years, Sykes was one of Wisconsin's top-rated and most influential conservative talk show hosts. in 2017, he was co-host of the national public radio show, "Indivisible," which originated from WNYC.
