JAN 6 UPDATE: More than half of Americans say that January 6 was an attack on democracy and should never be forgotten!

Grassroots supporters deserve to have their voice heard! Before 11:59 p.m. tonight, we want to hear from reliable Dems like you:

With Republicans now in control of the House and the Jan. 6 Committee dissolved, we’re worried that Democrats will surrender to complacency and give up on holding Trump accountable for his role in the attempted insurrection – even as a recent Quinnipiac survey found that 64% of Americans believe former President Trump bears responsibility for the storming of the U.S. Capitol.

Here are six of the many reasons why the Jan. 6 committee recommended criminal charges against Trump, John:
  1. Trump repeatedly pressured GOP state officials to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
  2. Trump allegedly knew that there were armed rioters in attendance on Jan. 6 and called on these armed insurrectionists to march to the Capitol.
  3. One of Trump’s aides said Trump grew violent when his team refused to let him go to the Capitol with the rioters.
  4. Trump chose NOT to act as rioters breached the Capitol, refused to ask them to disperse, and refused to dispatch the national guard to respond to the Capitol attack.
  5. As Trump watched the violence unfold at the Capitol, his tweets allegedly caused the Vice President’s Secret Service to fear for their lives.
  6. In a series of outtakes from a taped address Trump delivered the day after the Jan. 6 attack, Trump refused to say the election was over or admit he had lost.

Even though the final Jan. 6 Committee report is now available, we’re worried that grassroots Dems will lose focus on our effort to hold Donald Trump accountable.

With Trump officially running for president again, it’s critical that he and his far-right allies face consequences for their actions on that day! Please, will you help us keep up the pressure by responding to this poll before 11:59 p.m. tonight?
