Last election cycle, we asked for your help to build progressive power through our Rural Power Lab program. We told you that if we had a certain amount, we could fund more teams.

After seeing success in every state we had our Rural Power Lab program in the last cycle, we’re ready to put our 50-state plan into action. We’ve crunched the numbers, and we know exactly what we need to do to expand our Rural Power Lab program, protect our Democratic wins in 2022 – and expand them in 2024.

Here are the details:

– Right now, we have roughly 70 counties in our program in just six states. With our support, local Democratic parties knocked on more than 165,000 doors, and held 231 events with more than 3,500 attendees who are now engaged locally. And we did it in the hardest-to-reach, rural counties.

– If we can recruit 100 monthly donors who give just $10 a month, we can grant six new counties into the program. We’ll provide them with resources to staff an office, host events, text potential volunteers to knock doors, and get out the vote in their communities.

– We want to double our total counties in the program. That means we need to raise $50,000 by April. Of course, because we offer our services all year long, that means we need 850 new recurring monthly donors to hit this goal.
