For far too long federal pay has lagged behind our counterparts in the private sector. So, it's up to us to keep the pressure on to raise our pay!

Right now, lawmakers have the chance to support federal workers by cosponsoring the Federal Adjustment of Income Rates (FAIR) Act, which would authorize an average 8.7% pay raise for federal employees in 2024. ?

But they need to hear from YOU! Take 2 minutes to email your lawmaker and ask them to cosponsor the FAIR Act!

One of the easiest things Congress can do to show they value the outstanding work done by the federal workforce is to give a much deserved 8.7% pay raise in 2024.
