RECAP: Transit Equity Day with CCL-DC!

What is ** Transit Equity Day ([link removed])
? It is a collaborative day of action to promote public transit as a civil right and a strategy to combat climate change.

On Saturday, CCL-DC met at the ** Anacostia Community Museum ([link removed])
to see their interactive exhibit, "The Utopia Project".

Ward 6 DC Councilmember Charles Allen welcomed us with words about how DC is braving forward on transit policy that supports climate progress and social justice.

CCL-DC leadership Diana and Amy helped welcome the group to the museum as we explored social change for a more equitable and livable world.
