Every year in the Commonwealth is an election year, which means we work all year round. This year all 140 seats in the General Assembly are on the ballot and there are 11 toss-ups that will be key targets this fall.

Each race is critical, just last week we saw our state Senate, with a slim 22-18 majority, block THREE BILLS BANNING ABORTION. The GOP tried three separate times to implement restrictive abortion bans, and Virginia Dems held the line.

If we lose our majority this year – the GOP will have a clear path to an abortion ban in the Commonwealth. We’re not going to lay down and let them win, and you shouldn’t either! Rush a contribution to keep fighting to protect the right to choose in Virginia!
