As you may have heard, the House GOP voted this week to kick Ilhan off the Foreign Affairs Committee.

After it was done, one Republican member of Congress was overheard in an elevator calling it the "stupidest vote in the world."

Well, we couldn't agree more (even if it's not for the same reasons).

The reality is this stunt pulled by Kevin McCarthy and the House GOP was an act of revenge — a petty and personal attack by the same right-wing extremists who've been targeting Ilhan for years.

It's nothing new. Ilhan's faced violent threats, racist campaign ads, and millions upon millions of dollars of outside super PAC spending against her since the moment she was elected.

Each and every time, we've fought back one way — together.

The power of our movement comes from what we can accomplish when we stand united — which is why we have to ask:
