And when Republicans in Washington roll back environmental protections making the problem worse, it’s unacceptable.
 
We're taking action to protect our health and environment — we just filed a new lawsuit yesterday to block the administration’s attempt to open up more than 1 million acres of California's federal public land to new oil drilling and fracking.

While it’s par for the course for this administration, in California, we know better than to ignore science and facts. Our new lawsuit joins our 30+ other climate fights to stop these reckless rollbacks. 
 
In court, we’re protecting the Endangered Species Act, fuel economy standards, and policies protecting our families from toxic chemicals. And now, we’re fighting to block this attempt to open up federal public land in California for new fracking and drilling, too.  
 
Republican attacks on our environment and health are downright dangerous. As we fight now and the days ahead, can you make a contribution to stand with us, team?
