Local governments are trying to force out churches and Christian organizations, literally banning church ministries from entire towns. This invidious discrimination is outrageous and unconstitutional.

We JUST presented oral arguments in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, representing a Christian ministry that's being banned from using its own property. The county actually REVOKED its permits after the church ministry began operating. We're fighting a similar case in the 6th Circuit where a ministry has been blocked from using any property.

We've filed a lawsuit in another case where our client, a Christian realtor, was BANNED from including "Jesus loves you" in her email signature. All these cases could end up at the Supreme Court.

And we're about to file a critical brief at the Supreme Court to protect your right to go to church.
