John, as we gear up for 2024, we will be introducing Senators
from across the nation, and giving you some insight into their careers as
successful and productive lawmakers.

If you don't know him already, here is some background on Ohio state
Senator Sherrod Brown.

Senator Brown first won in 2006 against Republican Mike DeWine, securing
well over 50% of the vote. He has been a staunchly progressive voice in
the Senate and takes on issues like climate action, affordable housing,
equitable healthcare, and foreign policy. As far back as the early 2000s,
Brown was against the war in Iraq, and ongoing military involvement in the
Middle East, aside from condemning human rights violations. He also has
not one, but two honorary doctorates from universities in Ohio, and has
authored three books as of 2019.

Senator Brown's dedication to issues that impact Americans makes him a
more than qualified candidate for 2024, and to continue serving the
citizens of the Buckeye state. His seat, however, is one that may face a
tough battle, as J.D. Vance won the second Senate seat last year, and
Trump won Ohio in both 2016 and 2020.

fight. Can you chip in today and make sure we have the support and
resources ready for 2024?

John, we are ready to defend the seats of those that make a
real difference in their states and the Senate. Thank you for supporting
our movement and the mission to better our nation.

Onward!
