In 2018, New York's state government, run by disgraced former Governor Andrew Cuomo, led a blacklisting campaign against the NRA, coercing banks and other financial institutions from doing business with us.
A recent opinion piece in The Wall Street Journal brought this back to light and broke down just how far Cuomo and his gun-grabbing cronies went to try to shut us down.
Now, the NRA is taking this matter to court. It is UNACCEPTABLE and ILLEGAL for the government to target private institutions because it disagrees with their missions. In attacking us, New York State was attacking both the FIRST and SECOND AMENDMENTS.
