Friend, anti-immigrant politicians will stop at nothing
to end DACA. Late Tuesday night, in the latest attempt to shut down the program, Texas and
eight other states asked a federal judge to definitively strike down DACA and
begin a two-year wind down of DACA renewals.

Though unsurprising, this latest attack takes us one step closer to the likely
end of DACA and increases the urgency for Congress to deliver a permanent
solution for immigrant youth. Join us in telling Congress that now is the time
to act. We cannot wait for another court decision to upend hundreds of thousands
of lives.

URGENT: SEND AN EMAIL TO CONGRESS
[[link removed]]Our elected officials cannot ignore reality anymore: An end to DACA would put
hundreds of thousands of immigrants whose home is here at risk of being
separated from their families and deported. Once again, this isn’t about politics. This is about fighting for peoples'
futures, families, and communities.

Now, more than ever, immigrant youth need the permanency and stability of a
pathway to citizenship. The team at NILC is committed to doing everything in our
power to fight alongside immigrant youth, DACA recipients, and their loved ones. With your support, we can send a loud and clear message to Congress that they
should be in the fight with us, using every tool at their disposal to pass a
pathway to citizenship. Send an email to Congress now >>>

Friend, please know that no matter what happens in the
courts or in Congress, we won’t stop fighting alongside you.
