There has never been a more important time to join together to stand up for women. Progressives — who used to claim to champion women’s equality and advancement —are now discarding women’s interests in the name of identity politics.

This is the REAL fight for women.

That’s why we created the Women’s Bill of Rights — to fight back and to declare in law what we all know to be true.

The Women’s Bill of Rights is essential in every state across the country to stop unelected judges and bureaucrats from unilaterally changing the legal meaning of ‘sex’ and other sex-based words, such as ‘male’ and ‘female’.

The Women’s Bill of Rights doesn’t change the law or create new rights or entitlements. And, in no way will it prevent the legislature from passing laws to protect groups of people from discrimination. It simply requires the legislature to be clear about its intentions and maintains sex as a distinct and immutable legal category.

The WBOR also protects the progress women have made throughout history and preserves our safety, privacy, and opportunity.

We know what a woman is. We know what a female is. We know what a mother is. It is time that our politicians and our laws should too.
