We’ve been telling you about Fox News’ all-out assault on Hank, but what’s behind the attack is even more disturbing than the attack itself. And it’s part of a trend.

And while their recent scorched earth campaign has targeted all Democrats — including Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell, whom McCarthy removed from the Intelligence Committee in an act of political vengeance — Republicans have aimed most of their disparagement at people of color.

All have been targeted by recent right-wing smear campaigns.

Republicans don’t like it when people speak the truth, because the GOP positions on pretty much every major issue look ridiculous next to the truth. So Republicans do everything they can to dismiss, disparage, denigrate and dehumanize those who stand up to them.

But as Hank says, “You can’t have lemonade without the lemons.” These attacks are helping to expose the Republican Party as out-of-touch fearmongers and bullies. Hank’s not going to back down. In fact, the right-wing attacks confirm that Hank is REALLY getting on Republicans’ nerves.
