Earlier this month, over 200 members of Congress filed an amicus curiae brief asking the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, the Court decision that protects access to reproductive health care.

This attempt to roll back reproductive rights is shameful and infuriating. With a conservative majority in the Supreme Court, we must show that the will of the people is stronger than the ideology of anti-choice politicians.

Join me by signing this petition if you trust women to make decisions about their own health care. Those anti-choice lawmakers got over 200 signatures for their brief; can I get 2,000 to add their names alongside mine?

Today is the Women’s March in Washington and in cities all across the country. Now more than ever we must fight against those who want to undo the progress we -- and the generations before us -- worked so hard for. Today we’re reminded that there’s so much work left to do. That’s why I’ll never stop fighting for the women of South and West Texas.
