Back in 1997, the year PAWS Chicago was founded, 42,561 animals were euthanized in Chicago. By 2022, our 25th anniversary year, euthanasia was reduced 92.5 percent.
The PAWS Chicago community of adopters, volunteers, fosters, donors, and all-around animal lovers have done so much to make that transformation possible.
Thank you.
See the difference you made for animals in our interactive 2022 Impact Report, featuring our 2022 results, a peek behind into the life-saving work happening daily at our Medical Center, and a tribute to our thousands of extraordinary volunteers.
Miracles are possible. And as you see in this report, you make them happen every day.
