Dear John, In honor of our 30th Anniversary, we are hosting a month-long Brain Longevity Challenge this March. Each week will have a 4 Pillars of Prevention® theme. Join us for live meditations, a cooking demonstration, exercises, games, prizes, and more! As a gift, you'll receive the ARPF Cookbook with your registration. Thank you for an incredible 30 years of progress! REGISTER March 1st – March 30th Week 1: Kirtan Kriya - We will meet daily to meditate with Kirtan Kriya, just like we've been doing for the last 2 years. (All levels welcome.) Week 2: Food - ARPF will send you an email each morning with brain-healthy recipes and we will have a cooking class during our Thursday check-in. Week 3: Physical and Mental Exercise - Each day you will receive downloads and videos of exercises that help you stay healthy - both physically and mentally. Week 4: Spiritual Fitness - We will conclude the month with different daily meditations/activities that help nurture your spiritual fitness. Every Thursday we'll meet via Zoom to check in and offer resources, motivation, and prizes. We are so excited to celebrate with you. This Challenge is a fundraiser to honor the last 30 years of progress. Your registration fee of $1/day ensures that we can continue to offer these programs.
