Hi,
EARTHDAY.ORG is proud to be part of the Climate Education Coalition <[link removed]>, a group of over 100 organizations and individuals around the globe fighting for universal and equitable climate education. Established at COP27, the coalition calls upon world leaders to highlight universal climate education as a crucial aspect of combating the climate crisis.
We invite you to sign our open letter to world leaders at COP28. <[link removed]> We’re demanding they establish quality education for children, youth, and adults to tackle the climate crisis worldwide along with necessary planning, funding, and implementation.

Climate and environmental literacy, coupled with strong civic education, will create jobs, build a green consumer market, and allow citizens to engage with their governments in a meaningful way to address the climate crisis. Without a solid grounding in the natural world and humanity’s place in it, the next generation cannot be effective in the fight for the planet.
The Earth Day movement is the largest environmental movement in the world and we’re harnessing the energy of a billion people to demand global leaders Invest In Our Planet. Only united can we turn the tide against climate change.
Sign the open letter calling for universal climate literacy education and join your voice with others demanding progress. <[link removed]>
We’re counting on you,
Johnny Dabrowski
