Last week, House Republicans announced their slate of committee appointments, and it's clear that their goal is to get revenge, not to govern.

That’s why they handed Marjorie Taylor Greene a seat on the Homeland Security Committee.

Yup. Marjorie Taylor Greene. In charge of keeping Americans safe.

The same Marjorie Taylor Greene who:

-Does not believe that the Pentagon was struck by a plane on 9/11
-Bragged that if she led the Capitol insurrection, they “would have won”
-Instigated political violence against Democrats
-Spread conspiracies about the school shootings at Sandy Hook and Parkland

This is an ignorant and dangerous person whose despicable, attention-seeking behavior puts our country and our democracy at risk every single day.

I’d call it a clown show, but unlike the GOP, I don’t joke around when it comes to our national security.
