Winter weather has finally arrived!?
Many waters throughout the State have seen lighter angler use than normal due to poor ice conditions at the start of the season... That means waters stocked with brook trout, brown trout, landlocked salmon, splake, and rainbow trout should continue to see fast fishing action through February.?Check the stocking report to find a water stocked near you.?This cold stretch should continue to improve ice conditions but remember, frozen waterways are never 100% safe. Always check the ice for yourself and use caution.?
February 18-19, 2023 is Free Fishing Weekend! Invite a friend, neighbor, coworker, or that buddy who hasn't fished in years for a fun day on the ice.

Please note the printed?2023 Inland Fishing Law Book has?errors in the Special Fishing Law section for three waters:?Chain of Ponds in Chain of Ponds Twp,?Lincoln Pond in Parkertown Twp., and?Great East Lake in Acton.
