Planned Parenthood has been building a massive war chest to defeat us.

Here's what's happening. Planned Parenthood has been raking in record-breaking profits and taxpayer funding. It committed more abortions in the last year than ever before – 383,460. It's sickening, but it wants even more.

The far-Left Ninth Circuit upheld a multimillion-dollar California jury award to Planned Parenthood – from the pro-life advocates who exposed the abortion giant's harvesting and selling of aborted babies' body parts.

We appealed – asking the full appeals court to rehear the case (one step before the Supreme Court). Planned Parenthood refused to respond, but now the court is forcing them to. TODAY is Planned Parenthood's court-ordered deadline.

We must have this injustice OVERTURNED. We're battling the boundless resources of the taxpayer-funded abortion industry in courts nationwide.
