Black Policy Day is a historic celebration of Black leadership, community, and civic engagement. Co-collaborators Shanequa Smith (Black Voter Impact Initiative Director and a WV Can't Wait Organizer Apprentice and long-time advisory member), Crystal Good (Black By God Publisher and WV Can't Wait Hometown Hero & Citizen Journalist), and civil rights leader Katonya Hart are bringing together people all over West Virginia -- young and old -- to build power in the state Capitol.?
