Dear Friends,
Governor Walz released his budget proposal last week. As a reminder, our state has a $17.6 billion surplus. That means our government has taken too much of your hard-earned tax dollars and should return it to you. We should be focused on returning your surplus back to you so you can use as you see fit during this time of high inflation and energy costs. As you?ll learn, that is not quite what the Governor has planned for your tax dollars.
