Election experts at Cook Political Report released their first race ratings for 2024, and they're calling Pennsylvania's 8th District a "toss-up!"

This forecast proves that we have another tough race ahead of us. Matt was one of only five Democrats to win a House race in a district carried by Donald Trump in 2020, so Republicans will once again make him one of their top targets. It's only a matter of time before opponents begin jumping into this race and the attacks against Matt start.
