MAINE - Are you a job seeker and not sure what the next step in your career is, or an employer looking to expand your workforce? The Maine Department of Labor's CareerCenters, together with their partners, offer many services to help people find employment or upgrade skills, and help employers find qualified workers.

**Virtual Workshop: Making Career Choices**
January 10, 2023 from 10 11 a.m.
In this workshop by New Ventures Maine, participants will explore career development strategies, what the career planning process can tell us about ourselves and who we are at work, and examine what can be learned about jobs and careers through research.

**Virtual Statewide Workshop: Creating a Winning Resume**
Monthly 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 1:30 3 p.m. Is it time for you to create a new resume and you're not sure on how to get started? Join us for this 90-minute virtual session as we discuss how to create a winning resume.
During the workshop we will teach you how to write a dynamic winning resume and provide you with the tools you need to promote and target your qualifications to directly match the employer's needs. You will also learn how to ensure that your resume and cover letter make the best first impression to employers.
