My name is Jennifer McClellan and I’m running to represent Virginia’s
Fourth District in a special election that is just 3 weeks away.

My team has a plan to win. We’re distributing yard signs, airing new ads,
and meeting voters all over the district — but John, our
critical voter outreach efforts are expensive.
