The animals at Marineland Canada need your voice. Wherever you live, urge Canada's Ontario Crown Attorney to reinstate the criminal proceedings against Marineland Canada!

Marineland was charged in December 2021 of using whales and dolphins in shows for entertainment purposes based on an LCA investigation and subsequent legal complaint.

The Crown dropped charges in December 2022 after a year of excuses and delays, and reported that the court needs to give priority to cases deemed "serious." 

We are outraged by this decision.  Marineland must be held accountable. This is an important case for the animals and would set precedent. 

Please urge the Crown to reinstate the Marineland Canada case and remind him that animal cases are important!
