YOU can save a life!
 
You may never know the impact you have by simply replacing your regular Wisconsin license plate with a CHOOSE LIFE plate when it comes time to renew, but you might literally save a baby’s life!  
 
Every time a CHOOSE LIFE license plate is purchased or renewed $25 goes into the Choose Life Wisconsin (CLW) account, and we help to distribute those funds to life saving pregnancy resource centers throughout Wisconsin. 
 
HELPFUL TIP:  If this is something you might like to do, please take a moment and put a note on your 2020 calendar in the month of your plate renewal to remind you to switch to a CHOOSE LIFE plate.  It only takes a moment.  Then watch for our updates throughout the year as you could be part of saving babies’ lives here in Wisconsin and right in your own community.
 

Since going on sale in October 2017 there are now more than 1,400 vehicles on the roads of Wisconsin sharing the important pro-life message.  I am happy to report that CHOOSE LIFE license plate sales continue to steadily grow.  In addition to new people purchasing the plate, original plate holders are now renewing!
 
The first grants from funds raised from the sale of the CHOOSE LIFE plate were given out in May 2018 and since then over $65,000 has been distributed to 29 different pregnancy resource centers to assist them in their life-saving work. 
 
This is a joint project of Wisconsin Family Council and Pro-Life Wisconsin, with the two organizations completely underwriting all CLW administrative and overhead expenses. CLW is an independent Wisconsin corporation with its own 501(c)(3) IRS designation. I am president of CLW, and Dan Miller of Pro-Life Wisconsin is vice-president.

I am sure the day is coming when we will hear about a young woman considering abortion, but then found herself sitting at a stop light behind a vehicle with a white license plate with red letters and a baby’s footprint, that encouraged and urged her to CHOOSE LIFE.
