TAKE ACTION FOR ANIMALS TODAY

Dear John,

This action has been extended!

If you haven't had a chance to make your voice heard please do so now. If you have already, I thank you. Please could you share this across social media so that we can reach even more people! Thank you for taking action for animals.

Reece Oliver - the controversial owner of ‘Strelley Wildlife Conservation Facility’ has submitted concerning plans to extend his small-scale, and so-called ‘private’ establishment, and build 27 guest cabins, restaurant and spa on the land which already houses numerous captive wild animals including big cats, spider monkeys and ring-tailed lemurs.

The application has been submitted to Broxtowe Council (reference 22/00892/FUL)

We are once again urgently calling on our wonderful supporters to submit objections to the council via on online form which can be found by following this link:

We know that private collections and zoos are cruel establishments that can never provide the appropriate space or needs for the suffering animals held captive in them. And that is why we must take action for these animals today!

You can read more about the new plans and history of the zoo here:

We must stop these plans from being approved!

You will find a draft objection on the action page, which can be copied and/or amended to send to the council via their website. Unfortunately, objections must be sent using the council's online form, they will not accept objections via email.

Thank you for your support with this, I will keep you updated as to where it is up to with the council.

For the animals
