John,

President Biden's assault on the Constitution MUST BE STOPPED. IN JUST HOURS, we face an urgent Supreme Court deadline as we fight back.

Biden and the radical Left have been shredding the sacrosanct text of the Constitution. Lawless Executive actions, weaponizing federal agencies, and targeted attacks on Christians and conservatives are just the beginning.

This is a blockbuster term at the U.S. Supreme Court for your constitutional rights.

We're about to file a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defend your right to go to church, after the government refused to allow an employee to attend church on Sunday. We're battling numerous similar cases, and our Supreme Court filing will affirm your right to go to church.

We filed in a critical Supreme Court case to defund Planned Parenthood. We have several other cases in federal appeals courts (including one against Planned Parenthood facing a big deadline tomorrow) that could quickly end up at the Supreme Court.

TOMORROW, we are filing a critical amicus brief at the Supreme Court to defeat President Biden's unlawful taxpayer boondoggle that is ballooning inflation and the debt ceiling.

When no one else can stop the lawless attacks on the Constitution, the ACLJ gets results at the Supreme Court. But we face a MASSIVE challenge. Biden's unlimited taxpayer funding gives him unlimited resources to defeat us. We can prevail, but we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support before our Supreme Court deadline.
