In case you missed the news, Everytown and Giffords tried to sabotage one of CGF's cases and ended up getting massively humiliated!

The anti-gun groups attempted to file amicus briefs challenging CGF's lawsuit against California's age ban. 

But a judge DENIED their obvious lobbying on behalf of the government!

Judge M. James Lorenz even went as far as to publicly admonish the gun grabbers in his written opinion. According to court documents, the judge said:

"Like Giffords Law Center, Everytown's partisanship is apparent. ... Plaintiffs' objection demonstrates that the Giffords Law Center's position should be more accurately termed friend to Defendant Xavier Becerra than a friend to the court."

BURNED!

Friend, this is an absolute slap to the face of the anti-gunners. Not only did the judge reveal these charlatans for the partisan hacks they are, he shut them down cold.

And so our lawsuit against California's unconstitutional age ban on fundamental rights will continue full speed ahead. 

However, our case is certain to face numerous more obstacles. And we need your support.
