In this new year, we are continuing the fight to limit allowable rent increases and prevent unfair evictions. We have new state legislation being introduced that, if we pass, will help. And day in and day out, we continue working to keep our members in their homes.

At this meeting we will talk about our 2023 plans to fight for Rent Control and “Just Cause” Eviction protections for ALL RENTERS in the state. We’ve been winning city by city, but we need these protections for all Californians.
Finally, if you are still waiting to hear from the State ERAP rental assistance program, or were wrongfully denied, we haven’t given up. Please fill out this simple ERAP Case Form <[link removed]>to get your case on our list we are taking to the State.

En esta reunión hablaremos sobre nuestros planes para 2023 para luchar por el control de alquileres y las protecciones de desalojo por "causa justa" para TODOS LOS INQUILINOSen el estado. Hemos estado ganando ciudad por ciudad, pero necesitamos estas protecciones para todos los Californianos.
