Friend, we need your help with an urgent situation. Tens of thousands of people in the U.S. are at risk of deportation to unsafe
conditions in Mali, Mauritania, and Pakistan.

Send President Biden an urgent message to protect people from the threat of
deportation by designating TPS now >>>

Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, protects immigrants in the U.S. from being
forced to return to their countries of origin during unsafe conditions, such as
armed conflict, political unrest, and environmental disasters. It’s a lifeline
for hundreds of thousands of families, many of whom have established lives and
careers here in the United States.

Mali, Mauritania, and Pakistan are all in urgent need of TPS and here’s why:

Mali is experiencing a political crisis following two military coups. The ongoing armed conflict, violence, and large-scale human rights violations
make it impossible for immigrants in the U.S. to safely return to Mali.

Mauritanians are enduring systemic and ongoing slavery, human trafficking, and
racial and ethnic exclusion. Although slavery was outlawed in 2007, it remains widespread and Black
Mauritanians are targets of human rights abuses including torture, arrest, and
detention without due process.

The people of Pakistan are suffering dual crises, humanitarian and climate, making the return of
Pakistani immigrants in the U.S. especially dangerous. One-third of the country
is underwater due to catastrophic flooding, and the floods have displaced millions of people and severely impacted Pakistan’s
health care, educational, and agricultural infrastructure.

It’s critical that we come together to make sure the Biden administration hears
our call for urgent TPS designations to help protect thousands of people from
being sent to perilous conditions. Their lives depend on it. Click here to send
