The first step in the OJP application process requires applicants to submit the Application for Federal Assistance (SF-424) and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities (SF-LLL) forms in Grants.gov. From here, application information will be sent to JustGrants, where applicants will complete the remaining sections of their application.
If you?ve never completed an SF-424 and SF-LLL or want background information, Grants.gov offers instructions on completing the SF-424, and the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide provides details on completing the SF-LLL.
The SF-LLL is required in your application even if your organization does not fund any lobbying efforts. More information on completing the SF-LLL for applicants who do not participate in lobbying activities is available in the Resource Guide.
