President Biden is refusing to relinquish his emergency powers.

This is a direct violation of federal law. President Biden is NOT a king. Yet he is trying to create unbridled power.

After the federal abuses of health emergency powers during the pandemic, we should be limiting, not expanding, these powers. But to use a health emergency declaration to expand abortion is one of the most diabolical abuses of power I've ever witnessed. Babies are being killed, and Biden wants MORE abortions – more unborn babies slaughtered. It's pure evil.

One thing is for sure; the ACLJ will be fighting Biden's deadly abuse of power.

Biden raided and arrested pro-lifers at gunpoint (but a jury quickly acquitted them). He unlawfully turned VA hospitals into abortion clinics and is using the Post Office as abortion pill dealers.

We're about to file our own lawsuit to defend pro-lifers and defeat pro-abortion terrorists. We're advising states on how to stop the VA from committing abortions. We're defending pro-life kids who were thrown out of federal buildings. And we're preparing to take legal action to defeat Biden's unlawful abuse of health emergency powers to expand abortion. But we need you to take URGENT action with us. We MUST fight back, or we will lose.
