Hey volunteers!
I wanted to give an update on what I am working on right now, and I want to ask you all to consider getting involved. This is an invitation to work together!
I am working for the foreseeable future with the North Carolina Values Coalition as their Grassroots Director. The coalition's primary actions are writing Christian conservative bills and lobbying to have them passed at the state level. They also endorse candidates in many elections. You all experienced a very large grassroots campaign with me, and I saw how the opposition PACs run a lot of elections in my district. I want to see us working just as hard or harder from the other side.
As you heard me say so many times before, one of the biggest problems we have is the Church at large not being involved in government. This is a great opportunity for us to assist an established God-honoring coalition in North Carolina. After the 2022 election, we are only one vote short in the legislature from a supermajority to override Cooper's veto. NCVC's number one priority right now is to pass pro-life legislation, specifically a heartbeat bill. There are some pro-life democrats in the state legislature. There are multiple pro-life groups in NC that are working together to convince them to vote with the Republicans.
I want to invite you all to our upcoming NC Values Information and Advocacy Breakfast on February 18, 2023, from 9:30am-11:30am at Fellowship Baptist Church (450 Muldee St, Durham). A $20 donation will cover your breakfast and help support the NC Values Coalition. Please register at the link below:

Tami Fitzgerald, the Director of NC Values Coalition will speak and answer any questions you might have. I will explain how you can be involved and we will have an action item that we can complete together that day!
I hope to see you on February 18th!
