Patriot,

Today, the U.S. House of Representatives is having debate and a vote on House Joint Resolution 7, which would terminate the Covid state of “National Emergency” status declared by President Donald Trump on March 13, 2020.

To cut right to it: Call your U.S. Representative at (202) 224-3121 and tell him or her to vote in support of this resolution right away!

The “national emergency” allowed Congress and the President to ignore the Constitution, ignore the normal legislative process, trample over the civil rights of all Americans, and throw other laws out the window.

Despite telling the American people just last September that “the pandemic is over,” President Joe Biden now wants to extend the “emergency” to “get everything done” – meaning, continue to ignore the Constitution of the United States.

Just today while debating a similar bill on the House floor, some representatives insisted Americans “don’t want or care about” ending the emergency or the mandates!

You and I need to make our voices heard and set the record straight!

The authoritarian shredding of our liberty under the auspices of an emergency was an absolute abuse that needs to end . . . NOW.

But the establishment would be content to let the “emergency” go on forever, if they could.

Now, the House is taking up a measure to shut it down, at long last. And a similar measure passed the Senate last year, so there’s a very good chance we can get it across the finish line – if you act now!

Call your U.S. Representative right now at (202) 224-3121 and tell him or her to vote in support of H.J. Res. 7!

Let’s end these years of bureaucratic overreach and abuse from the administration.

For Liberty,

John McCardell
