RIDER ALERT - WINTER WEATHER





"Winter Weather Update at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2023?"

Trinity Metro continues to closely monitor the winter weather?s impact on road conditions and to modify services as needed for the safety of our customers and staff. The Winter Storm Warning issued by the National Weather Service has now been extended until 6 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2.?In addition, an Ice Storm Warning is in effect from 6 a.m. Wednesday to 6 a.m. Thursday.

*All services other than Trinity Metro TEXRail and Trinity Railway Express (TRE) will terminate early tonight,?Tuesday, Jan. 31. Rail passengers may still see delays as icy conditions persist in to the evening. All other services will cease operations at 9:15 p.m. Customers who are traveling and impacted by winter weather service schedules are encouraged to arrange a guaranteed ride home by calling customer care at 817-215-8600.??*

*Service on?Wednesday, Feb. 1, is anticipated to operate as indicated below. Due to the uncertainty of the changing weather, the planned service schedule is subject to further modifications and delays as the weather situation develops.?*

*Trinity Metro?**TEXRail**?and Trinity Railway Express (TRE) will operate on regular weekday schedules, but passengers may experience weather related delays.?*

*Trinity Metro ACCESS paratransit will provide scheduled trips as planned and roads allow.*

*Trinity Metro ZIPZONE will operate as scheduled. Customers are asked to check vehicle availability in the mobile app well in advance of the time of their trip and should anticipate delays.*

*Bus service will continue to operate on the winter weather schedule and ice detours outlined by clicking "MORE DETAILS" below. Bus routes 1, 2, 15 and 89 are scheduled to operate their first regularly scheduled trips with all other routes expected to begin service with planned delays as road conditions are assessed. Additional delays may be likely as our operators safely navigate the impacted roadways.??*

*We continue to ask that everyone uses caution while traveling. Roadways, sidewalks and level surfaces such as train platforms, while treated can still be slippery.?*
