It’s been a whirlwind month here at Mothers Against Greg Abbott! We’ve been making your voices heard at the legislature, hosting a weeklong celebration of Roe v. Wade, launching our first membership drive, and so much more.

I’m not even joking with the race metaphors: With your help, we ran January at full sprint.

Here are just a few highlights of the work we did over the last 31 days:

⚖️ We started the 88th Texas legislative session off big at the Texas State Capitol right when the session opened! And with the session scheduled to run until May 29, the mothers are going to be watching and fighting every day to stop the Republicans from dragging our state backwards.

👩🏽‍⚕️ We recommitted ourselves to women’s reproductive rights and celebrated the 50 years since Roe v. Wade. Mothers and others like you showed up in force to phone swarm the Texas legislature and join us for webinars and a film screening, and we’re going to continue this fight until our rights are no longer threatened.

We can’t wait to share with you everything we have in store for February. But we need your help to keep up the strong pace we’ve set this year.
