An Ongoing Nightmare for the Children of Pakistan
Even though the monsoon rains have ended in Pakistan, up to 4 million children who are living close to or in proximity to stagnant and contaminated waters continue to struggle to survive. UNICEF has been in Pakistan for months working with partners to deliver safe water, nutrition, health care and emergency services. But real economic recovery and growth can only be achieved if we can make the necessary investments to meet immediate and longer-term needs of children.

Delivering Winter Supplies to Children in Ukraine

Prioritizing the Well-Being of Migrant Children
The safety and well-being of asylum-seeking children remains a concern for UNICEF due to the continued implementation of Title 42, which was recently invoked to help stop the spread of COVID-19. As long as Title 42 remains in place, asylum-seeking families risk returning to situations of violence, trafficking, abuse or exploitation.
