Tonight is our first end-of-month deadline of the year, and I want to thank you for your continued support of our efforts.

Now that we’re one month into the new year, we’ve seen what the new House majority intends to do with its new power:

• Banning access to the full range of reproductive health care in all 50 states.  
• Threatening the full faith and credit of the United States.
• Making devastating cuts to Social Security and Medicare.
• Increasing taxes on hardworking Americans with a new 30% sales tax. 

And much more.  Now, I’ll keep working to do all I can in Congress to make progress on the things that matter to us — to advance the good legislation and fight back against the bad.  But without control of the House, it will be harder to do so.

Which is why we all have to have our eyes on 2024: a presidential election year, with control of the House and the Senate very much on the line.
