RIDER ALERT - WINTER WEATHER





Service on Wednesday, Feb. 1, is anticipated to operate as indicated below. Due to the uncertainty of the changing weather, the planned service schedule is subject to further modifications and delays as the weather situation develops. 


* *Trinity Metro **TEXRail** and Trinity Railway Express (TRE) will operate on regular weekday schedules, but passengers may experience weather related delays. *
* *Trinity Metro ACCESS paratransit will provide life-sustaining trips as planned.*
* *Trinity Metro ZIPZONE will operate as planned. Customers are asked to check vehicle availability in the mobile app well in advance of the time of their trip.*
* *Bus service will continue to operate on the winter weather schedule and ice detours outlined below. Bus routes 1, 2, 15 and 89 are scheduled to operate their first trips with all other routes expected to begin service with slight delays as road conditions are assessed. *

We continue to ask that everyone uses caution while traveling. Roadways, sidewalks and level surfaces such as train platforms, while treated can still be slippery.

Bus service will operate on an hourly schedule with the following exceptions:


* There will be no service on Molly the Trolley.
* There will be no service on The Dash.
* Routes 23 may operate later in the day if Tarrant County College classes begin later in the morning, depending on whether sufficient melting occurs and resources are available.
* "Express Routes 61, 63, 65, or 66 will not operate during severe winter weather."

"*Specific travel questions can be answered by our representatives in the customer care call center at 817-215-8600. Customers who have used transit but are unable to complete their trip due to schedule changes may be eligible to take advantage of the guaranteed ride home program by calling customer care.* "
