We're gonna have an eventful weekend, so we thought we'd give you the low-down about what's happening.
WOMEN'S MARCH on SATURDAY!
We’ll be meeting up at the Asian Art Museum (200 Larkin St) at McAllister and Larkin starting 11am. Please come no later than noon - once we're all gathered, we will head over to the contingent queue in front of Bill Graham before 12:30pm. This march goes from Civic Center to the Embarcadero - so bring comfy shoes, water and sunscreen!
MLK DAY MARCH on MONDAY!
There will be many events in the city on Monday honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. For the main march starting at the Caltrain station and ending at the Yerba Buena Green. We'll be meeting up near Townsend and 4th St. in front of the Walgreens (670 4th St). Please come no later than 11:00am to join us in the March.
Some of us will also be going to the Wealth and Disparities - Justice 4 Mario Woods Press Conference at the Marriot Marquis (780 Mission St) at 7:00am. The organization's leader Phelicia Jones will demand that city leaders work to eliminate the enormous disparities Black San Franciscans face in every aspect of life. We will be joined by DSA, SF Berniecrats, as well as newly elected DA Chesa Boudin. For more details, see their Facebook event ([link removed][UNIQID]) .

We're having our General Meeting on Sunday, Jan 19 at the Women's Building at 1pm! Followed by Pints & Postcards at Zeitgeist! Hope you join us!
